This policy explains what we collect when you join the Fix Your Pitch waitlist, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your information.
Fix Your Pitch is a product of Story Captain Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 14008284.

Story Captain Limited is the "data controller" for the information you provide through this site.
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. That's it. If you email us directly, we'll also hold that correspondence.
We use your email address to let you know when Fix Your Pitch launches and to send you related updates about the product. Our legal basis for this is your consent, which you give when you sign up and confirm your email. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).
We use Kit (kit.com) to store the waitlist and send emails. Your information is held on Kit's systems, which may process data on servers outside the UK. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer needed — whichever comes first. After that, we remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
